3. When the module arrives at our facilities, it is always registered in a highly sophisticated computer platform that links with your repair request, generating a preliminary quotation based on the faults described by the customer.
4. The condition of the part and the preliminary quotation generated are carefully analyzed by one of our engineers specialized in the repair of electronic modules for trucks.
5. Despite the preliminary quotation, the repair quotation is always prepared individually and never generalized, as we always aim to provide the best service, but also the best price possible for the customer.

6. Upon acceptance of the quotation, the repair process is handed over to the engineer responsible for the quotation.
7. Based on the reported faults and the condition of the part, a refurbishment or reconstruction may be performed. What will be done is always communicated to the customer in the quotation.
8. After completing the repair process, the part undergoes various tests. These tests are performed using a platform developed by TECHNICZENTRUM, designed to fully test the part with a simulation of a vehicle’s operation.
9. We DO NOT use temporary repair techniques/technologies (such as welding/gluing), but instead offer a lasting solution, which comes with a 2-year warranty.

10. A thorough cleaning is performed, and sometimes even extremely worn components are replaced to ensure the good performance of the part
11. The part is sealed with our security seals, which should NEVER be removed (except for the seal on the module's connector). These seals are for preserving the warranty and ensuring that TECHNICZENTRUM can provide the best service to its customers.
12. At the end of the repair process and testing, a repair report is always generated. The customer is informed about how the repair and tests were carried out. The report includes recommendations, warnings, and the necessary information for the customer to safely and correctly assemble the part.
13. The part is packaged carefully and rigorously to ensure it is not damaged during transport.
