3. When the module arrives at our facilities, it is always registered in an extremely sophisticated computer platform that links it with your repair request, thus generating a preliminary quotation based on the faults described by the customer in the request.
4. The condition of the part and the previously generated preliminary quotation are carefully analyzed by one of our engineers specialized in heavy truck electronic module repairs.
5. Despite the preliminary quotation, the repair quotation is always prepared individually and never generalized, as we always aim to provide the best service, but also the best possible price to the customer.

6. Upon acceptance of the quotation, the repair process is handed over to the engineer responsible for the quotation.
7. Based on the faults mentioned and the condition of the part, a refabrication or reconstruction may be carried out. What will be done is always informed to the customer in the quotation.
8. After completion of the repair process, the part undergoes various tests. These tests are performed with a platform developed by TECHNICZENTRUM, aiming to fully test the part by simulating the operation of a vehicle.
9. We DO NOT use temporary repair techniques/technologies (such as soldering/gluing), but rather a durable solution, for which we offer a 2-year warranty.

10. A thorough cleaning is performed and sometimes extremely worn elements are replaced to ensure the good performance of the part.
11. The part is sealed with our security seals, which MUST NOT be removed under ANY circumstances (except for the seal on the module’s connector). These seals serve to preserve the warranty and allow TECHNICZENTRUM to ensure the best service for its customers.
12. At the end of the repair process and tests, a repair report is always generated, informing the customer about how the repair and tests were conducted. Along with the report, recommendations, warnings, and the necessary information for the customer to safely and correctly install the part are provided.
13. The part is carefully and rigorously packaged to avoid any damage during transport.
